As long as you own the product under normal use, the said product is free from any defects in materials or workmanship. (Except motor and electrical after 3 years non-prorated and only $45 thereafter.)
After 1st year, Air Mattress tears on seam will be replacement fee of $99.00, Pump Replacements will be replaced at a fee of $149.00. Repair of the defective item/ upon a Better Bed's discretion, replacement will be made at no cost; to the original buyer for materials/labor. Replacement will be identical and/or reasonably equivalent to the guaranteed merchandise, for mattress and box spring only.
The AS LONG AS YOU OWN IT GUARANTEE is invalid if the guaranteed merchandise is determined by A Better Bed to have been:
Subjected to misuse, abuse, improper care/ handling, accident/ modification
Stained or in an otherwise unsanitary condition.
Used in an improper way such as on a box spring or foundation other than a matching MID-CENTER SUPPORT SYSTEM Box spring or Foundation.
Repair Service: is available for damaged merchandise.

Body impressions are normal and a sign our unique comfort design is performing to specification.
Stretching of the outer covering materials with the Flotation Systems is also normal. However, at the request of the original buyer, body impressions and stretching will be repaired at no charge.
PROPER CARE WILL ENSURE MAXIMUM SATISFACTION.
Mid-Center Support Systems Innerspring Mattresses should be turned and never bent or folded.
A mattress pad should be used at all times on all systems to keep them in their original sanitary condition.
Water treatment chemicals are available for systems and should be used as recommended.
The guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
A Better Bed Mattress Factory 60-Day Exchange Policy
60-day exchange period begins on delivery date of merchandise.
One exchange per customer.
An exchange must be completed within the 60-day period
Exchanges are to be arranged in advance with original sales person or store manager.
All returns are inspected and must be free of bends, tears, stains or any other signs of mishandling/misuse.
If a flotation mattress or set is being returned, water bags must be completely drained and folded.
Exchanges may be made for ABB merchandise of equal/ greater value.
Customer responsibility for price difference, when the greater value option is exercised.
Pick-up or delivery is available in local area for $20 each way. No charge on Pick-up & Delivery (first six months)
A Better Bed Mattress Factory reserves the right to deny exchange privileges to any person deviating from the above policy.
This exchange policy applies to standard A Better Bed mattresses and box spring only.
Policy not applicable to "Special Order" merchandise. Examples: Frames, headboards, bed sets, foam mattresses, cushions, pads, mattresses and/or box springs ordered in special sizes, shapes, fabrics, etc.
